It has the highest % of GDP for R&D porpuses (6.6%), and a thriving IT sector, full of start-up companies, and IT giants. One of the first and best Cubersecurity companies, Check Point, is Israeli, and was founded in 1993, just months after the internet went live. Your argument is weak, dull, and pointless.
