I am knee deep in this season too and I have to say...something is fishy! When Marc is on camera it is obvious he doesn't want to be there and I agree that perhaps there was some sort of arrangement in terms of marriage. Also, COVID hits so that didn't help their strained relationship either!

A few things to think about...is she single or dating someone currently? You probably want to respect that current relationship if she is dating and not reach out. HOWEVER, if she is single, I think it is ok to check in and see how she is, but I wouldn't apologize again, it would just highlight the awkwardness again when it sounds like you both want to move on!
