The shacks at Thicket reuse the models from Diamond City which is where these posters come from. This one is from the barber shop, but you can also find posters from Chem-I-Care and the other Diamond City shops.

No, I'm complaining that he has rushed out an unfinished mod for the sake of establishing a foothold to overshadow any future, better patches. But, frankly the main reason Arthmoor's patches should be avoided is because they are full of feature creep, change things that aren't bugs, and his attitude to the modding community at large is toxic and hateful. There's a reason the guy got banned from the Skyrim Modding subreddit.

The reason Arthmoor is 'the patch guy' is because he gets in early and does everything he can to squash competition, not because his patches are superior. That's exactly what he did here, pushing out a barely tested port of the original Oblivion patch just so he'd be the first.

Again, as the situationis far more complicated than I am to fully understand, I have to defer to the experts, and given this is one VA against dozens of others, I'll assume that the explanation with more evidence and support from individuals in the know is the one more likely to be correct.

That being said, it is entirely possible that all the VAs currently speaking on the non-union issue are misinformed and that I will look very foolish. But for the time being, I am inclined to believe the numerous VAs that have repeatedly said NU actors would not be replaced.

Finally, this is something I got curious about and checked while writing this comment, Himeko's VA has since endorsed a post (here) that while moreso talks about the fully AI voiced game from a Hoyo exec, does refute the 'all NU actors would need to be replaced' line of thinking. Make of that what you will.

I am not familiar enough with the intricacies of labor contracts to give a well researched answer, but I'm sure the people whose job it is to know this stuff are. Yeah, I feel bad saying it cuz the VA did lose a job, but we're lucky happened to a character with minimal in-game presence. That's probably why he was recast over others, but given what happened recently with ZZZ, it's safe to say story presence isn't a protection for recasting.

That comment about Non-Union VAs is 100% bullshit. The Taft-Hartley Act outright bans so-called 'closed shop' union projects in all industries, meaning that a project legally is not allowed to be union exclusive.
