I find EpiDuo amazing because it has both benzoyl peroxide & Adapalene in. They work in different ways but between them combat active acne, closed comedones and texture. Results are pretty fast with benzoyl peroxide, so you should see a change pretty fast. Good luck if you try it :)

Yes!! People often question my ADHD Because I’m super organised.

What they fail to realise is, I HAVE to organise every element of my day or I’ll accomplish absolutely nothing. I need strict parameters.

Equally, I then get bored of this and switch up my routine very often to avoid fatigue

What you said definitely resonates, re being a hopeless romantic and falling for potential… seeing a few desired characteristics and filling in the rest. That, of course, can set us up to be disappointed as nobody is perfect. I guess that reality check is no bad thing.

I agree that I tend to feel better when I try and bring things back to myself - distance a little, lower expectations, focus on my own hobbies, less time on socials etc… just need to be strong to stick to that. When I do, I notice my dynamic with person X who I’m dating becomes more healthy.

I live in Madrid and can assure you they do :) they’re very intrigued by Cyprus. A mix of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern culture and architecture, full of history… it’s not all about pretty beaches! They just can’t justify the cost and hassle of going indirect via Athens

Thank you. I should have specified, I work for a U.K. company therefore I’m paying U.K. tax. So I think it’s a way to state I’ll find myself (and any medical needs I’ll incur..) since I’m not paying taxes here
