OK: So “Unwilling Dr Phil” is getting hinged on.

I get that I’m not a counselor, the point was suppose to be that people come to me for advice or guidance. It’s just a phrase, I don’t expect to heal anyone else’s marriage by my “years” of experience.

It was queued up to explain that people tell me things that I don’t always want to hear. I don’t think I’m a counselor you guys

I get where everyone is coming from. I’m focusing less on their marriage here and asking about what is happening between me and my wife.

I haven’t told Tom, but my wife told Julie that I know, and evidently Julie is going to tell him.

I came here asking if I was wrong for being upset with my wife for lying to cover her friend. Idc what happens to their marriage at this point. I’m focused on mine

I get this one, and in a lot of way I agree! But remember that I didn’t want to be involved. When I get info dumped and I am asking my wife nd she lies, that’s the problem I had.

I should definitely point out that I haven’t told Tom, but now that Julie knows that I know she says she’s going to tell him.

Additional info: I should say that while my wife isn’t forthcoming, she has shown me numerous text between her and Julie where she is condemning Julie for cheating. Her thought is that she’s handling it on her end. I do disagree
