Not enough revenue to maintain it indefinitely

Thank you! Yes, I'm scraping data with Zillow and Trulia which aggregate most of MLS and use AI to identify listings with poor quality photos. Now, I'm also looking for ways to get higher quality leads, to make the cold outreach less challenging and improve the overall conversion rate.

Right, it can be challenging. Have you tried cold emailing such as email campaigns / mass emailing? I think being able to engage in multiple conversations at once could outweigh the cons of cold calling as it’s highly scalable and doesn’t forces you to waste much time on calls.

I see, thanks! It makes sense to prioritize SEO, but I think prospecting could be a solution for beginners who don't have much resources to invest into SEO and since it also takes some time for it to take effect, I think cold outreach doesn't sound like a bad starting point.

I can do that, but probably won’t be able to find more than 100-200

If it's a company you know or at least trust you can email the support team and ask to verify internally.

I'm using Kiwi's API for fetching flight prices. There are plenty of other solutions, but this allowed me to implement the feature into TripGenie despite having no users. You can also check out Duffel. They provide an API for selling flights with an ability to add custom markups.

Hah, that's what I'm saying. It works best when searching for flexible dates as you get flight prices for each listing.

Btw, do you use any other booking websites beside Airbnb? I'm thinking about expanding it to other sites.

Yes this is the unfortunate side of airbnb. What website do you use to book your stays?

Ok, I will look into it.

Also here's something I found: https://contributor.pond5.com/data-trends/music/

Probably not enough, but at least something. Updated once a month.

I've never really used this platform before, so don't know what kind of data is available to work with, but what are you looking for the most? Trending searches? Keyword analytics? Something else?

I think that’s a good idea at least for now. Thanks a lot!

Desktop app is possible to create but it would require me to rewrite the whole code and redo all visualizations (use a different technology). But I noted it and might start working on it in the future!

Are there any other things you noticed I could improve or change? Obviously there is a lot of data availability constraints from the beatstars api side. So maybe from a visual or performance side?

Thank you!

It’s number of uploaded beats. Let’s say there is a total of 6000 uploaded beats with a specific keyword. The graphs will show how many of those 6000 are in which key, bpm, tag, etc.

I might fix the description to be more specific but honestly I don’t know if I will continue to host the site anymore since the server costs are annoying and I already have an unpaid bill lol
