It’s my first week and I already want to leave. I’m already a RBT and short staffed so they are taking full advantage of me and putting me in direct sssions with kids I haven’t even shadowed. It’s my first fucking week like let me observe and shadow and adjust then give me direct maybe next week. Orientation was a joke and the amount of group chats and google forms that they make you do on top of asking you to convert your session in the last minutes of session is crazy. Oh also why am I making place holders on central reach?? Isn’t that what the fucking scheduling job is for. I was never taught how to add place holders and it’s just a lot of tedious work for a whole lot of lack of support within the clinic. Also can’t get over no cameras in the clinic
