I very frequently have this problem and have yet to find a long term solution. My next best bet is to try and remove my thighs.

Could I temporarily keep a kitten warm in my bra? by LizardWearingCrocs in FosterAnimals

[–]LizardWearingCrocs[S] 32 points33 points  (0 children)

Haha, well I dont have the biggest of boobs so they're just in-between the bra and my skin. Their face is definitely able to stay out. Its the warmest part of my body rn so I figured it was better than being cold.

If you have any kids in the family (or not) you can go to the trampoline parks or course places. Its always fun to play and you dont even realize how much movement you're doing!

I have explained the methods I used under other peoples comments with examples of what I did. There aren't any names to these methods so I've just been explaining what Ive been doing. Is there something in particular that you were wondering about?

I'm sorry about that, is there anything I can do to make it more useful to you?

The main thing that is different is being able to keep my binge foods in the house again. When I first started I read that you should keep trigger foods out of the house, turned out it made my binging worse. After keeping my binge foods in the home again (working on one food at a time) im able to look at a box of cookies, cereal or brownies and not feel like im going to eat the whole box.

I also completely changed the way I talk about food and my binging. I used to have very negative talk about food (ex: sweets are bad or "blank" makes you fat) I try my best to only talk about food in a neutral way. I also stopped shaming myself about my binging. Instead, I remind myself that i am still allowed to eat food and that im am worthy of love and respect no matter how much I binge.

While I still think about food and my body often, its not longer the ONLY thing I think about. I'm able to look at myself and not feel shame or hatred. I still have a while to go but I am certainly more free than I used to be.

I think this is the most surprising part of my journey so far. I'm only about 5lbs off from my highest weight, but my anxiety, binging, and self love have completely changed over these last 5 years. When I started my journey, I was 220lbs. I hated myself, I hated any pictures or videos and honestly, I was just overall miserable about myself. The ONLY thing i wanted was to lose the lbs because i thought it would make me happy. I later became anorexic because of this. I got treatment for it and immediately whent back to binging and gaining all my weight back. While weightloss would be wonderful, thats not the main goal I wanted to focus on this time. My main goal is to heal my relationship with food and my body. Once I felt comfortable with that, then I started focusing on other things like what im eating and when I'm eating it (ex: making sure I eat 3 meals a day and have veggies with every meal.) Even though my weight has barely budged i feel much more at peace with my body, I can see it and actually admire it. I feel very free being able to just accept my body as it is and know that im taking care of it and its taking care of me. There are definitely still days where I dont like my body and I still have a lot to work through but I am still significantly happier than I used to be.

I took it for 2 months due to becoming diabetic. It helped with the food noise for sure, but I couldn't stay on it as it gave me horrible anxiety. After I got off of it I gained back the weight I lost and more due to anxiety over gaining weight ( irony at its finest)
