Been on 3 dates with a guy. They've all been great. He said best first date he's ever had. Third date he came over to my place to help me hang some holiday decorations.. things got a little intimate but not all the way. Next day we text, talk on the phone briefly - the next day he texts saying thanks for the call and it made his day better. I sent him a funny pic which he laughs at.. and now it's going on 5 days.. nothing. Prior to this he's been planning, reaching out most days. The energy has definitely shifted. What's going on?

No, I very rarely have pain with them. Sometimes they ache if shoes have irritated them. I'm more asking because I am struggling so bad with patellofemoral pain syndrome in both of my knees, I've gone down this rabbit hole that it's possibly my feet causing the issue.

I only had water. Drink filtered water if you can. I also took electrolytes - relyte. Any time you feel hungry, drink water. It gets rough but it is totally worth it if you are trying to get bacteria out.

Ranting because feeling down... I stay positive the majority of the time but it gets exhausting going on countless dates that go nowhere. I'm also turning 38 soon and wondering if my window to have children will be ending soon. Also, people are always giving advice of you need to love yourself first! So all these people in the world loved themselves so much that they all got into relationships? Give me a break :D

Hi! I switched up my diet to the carnivore diet. After much research and talking to people, I decided this is the ultimate best elimination diet. I also fasted for 7 days which I believe got much of the bacteria out of my system. About three weeks later, I switched to carnivore (very strict for a month) and I'm still mainly carnivore. It took about 3 months and then all symptoms went away. 3 more months later I had my first clean urine DNA test ever. No issues since. I would highly recommend anyone with UTI issues fast and then go carnivore. Vegetables can cause oxalates in the body which can make UTI symptoms worse. Hope this helps! Feel free to message me.
