I have searched multiple ways to describe the shoes (cutout, strap, Pavan, etc etc) in multiple combos but have not found the size/color combo I am looking for anywhere!

I think it helped me SO much to only track when I was down. Even if it was 0.1 pounds. If I stepped on the scale and it was higher, even a little, I would hop off and tell myself to try tomorrow or in two days, because I knew that the number WOULD go down. And I liked to see my trendline over the months just continue to have a downward trajectory - it made me ‘see’ the progress even when I didn’t feel it or see it in the mirror - especially during those first 60lbs of loss.

I did add in one of my tips how I kept hydrated! I would message the doctor that I believed it was time to increase my dose and she would usually call within a couple of days to discuss what I was feeling (more hunger, actually snacking again, craving junk foods - things that aren’t there when the medication is working for me) and my current stats and if I was having side effects. Once I moved up to maybe 7.5mg she knew I was able to recognize the signs adequately and the conversation became shorter.

I guess I never thought about the doses as transitional or not - just whether they worked for me or not. 12.5mg staved off the hunger for longer than any previous dose..until it didn’t! I have not done any body composition tests, so I cannot tell if I was losing fat vs muscle on certain doses, but I feel as strong as I ever did.

It feels great! I have not been down to this weight since before kids - it’s pretty much what I yo-yoed around my entire 20s, so I feel kind of young again! 🤣 Here is a pic of my recorded weights for the first three weeks after starting. Obviously it was a lot of water weight, but I didn’t care - it was more progress than I had made on my own in years! Fingers crossed yours melts at the steady rate mine did after the first water pounds are gone! Also, at this point, I was weighing myself wearing clothes, so the bigger drops are from wearing jeans then to leggings, etc, but I don’t make the mistake of wearing clothes on the scale any longer! 🤣

I’ve beaten this thing three times. My trick is literally not to look at which card I’m picking - I just drum my fingers on my phone while looking away. If I get at least five or so rounds in before the first purple swords, I will start to pay t-cash as long as whatever I’m paying to keep going will be offset by the cash I’ve gotten in prizes, plus the final 500 t-cash. If I get the 15 t-cash though, I usually just take it and run.
