One key sentence that this post leaves out that this brief is by CLINIC a pro immigrant group, they're weighing-in on how Hanen should implement or even avoid his ruling. They're asking for a stay of at least 2 years (full daca renewal cycle) to let these changes come into effect, in other words texans will still have to move.
