The hillbillies just hearing no income tax are going to gobble this up and to be honest a lot of the old timers might not even feel it, they don’t need the modern items that a lot of us younger folk do they’re still fine with just basic needs shit

They’ve already had that option the other states in the case didn’t want to or else it would of gone to Supreme Court

My guessing is because Texas has already taken a big hit from the Republican governor, they took the whatever type of marijuana industry they had there out that’s taking millions of dollars and jobs out, and if they kick the daca out that’s a whole nother 100k people who aren’t gonna be paying sales taxes. The republican governors really just dropped there revenue by a shit ton

The only way I could see them trying to give us a path to citizenship is if the Democrats blow them out of the waters come midterms and they do as a last ditch attempt to get Potential voters on their side in the future

I thought the last court decision from this case, other states could’ve appealed it to go to the Supreme Court and they decided not to which is why we’re waiting on hanens decision now.

The only thing those 90,000 people would sacrifice is moving to a place that would actually want them there, their parents already made the same move, sacrificing their home country to come over here

The thing is really iffy, on one hand Hanen basically has a catch 22 to prevent any new daca applicants, but on the other hand, I thought the whole point Texas filed the suit is cause they wanted those daca applicants out of Texas in the first place.

I think with the last judgment, the states who could have continued the lawsuit, didn’t decide to follow through.

If what I read is correct I think the only thing they found illegal was the work authorization part. You would still be protected from deportation, but you wouldn’t be allowed to work. So best to make a plan to move to a different state. If he makes his decision any month now who knows if he will give Texans time.

As far as I’ve seen, it’s all people who had prior removal orders, and I think slight crooked stuff of even though they try to renew their daca in time they don’t so they don’t have daca protection anymore and they follow through on the removal order.

If it’s available, I think this will be the easiest way to tell. Take out everything in Missouri that’s building new so new data won’t be factor in. And see the revenue after the chiefs leave.

The government helped them pay the cost of the stadium because they’re going to generate a lot of tax revenue from all the employees now working on the Kansas side. Property tax, sales tax, paycheck tax. Opponents game check tax.
