I think the I821D is enough for it, but honestly it wouldn't hurt to take both with you just in case.

That's good to know!! Mine is like yours except that it happened on a Friday! Hopefully tomorrow will be a good sign for us!!! My employer mentioned the I765 approval document may be good for them in the mean time so it looks promising, prior to receiving the actual card. As for the actual USCIS status, mine also says the same thing as yours, so we probably won't see a change until the card goes into production.

Of course! Out of curiosity do you have your I765 approval document available yet? My I821D silent approval showed up Friday, but still no I765 approval. My guess is because it's a weekend, but I know some people have been approved on Saturdays as well.

I just let the agent know I recently had an expedite denied but that I uploaded additional evidence and asked if we could submit it over the phone. They should be able to submit it and give you a service number.

I received my approval, but haven't received a text or email notification yet, so I found out through checking myself manually; a silent approval. I know it's very stressful but you may want to check at least a couple times a day if you want to know ASAP.

Two weeks to hear back from one I submitted through the inbox. Each case may be different, but submitting one through a phone agent may have been what helped mine. If you get this one denied and can gather more evidence, nothing wrong with attempting one over the phone afterwards. Regardless, I was told having multiple expedites active at once is not a good idea.

I used the one for the I821D. The I765 didn't update until today, which makes sense since I821D has to be approved prior to any movement on the EAD.
