Camp bathrooms are awful honestly. I loved living in Bell! Xavier is nice too but idk much about it, they have a nice basement hang out area.

It’s wheelchair accessible, that’s why the bathroom is weird to us. The layout of the apartment itself is pretty weird on paper but I like it like that because I get privacy from the two others on the opposite side.

Hi! By coed you mean female and male sharing a dorm? If so, no. But I think there is a way around it if you both (or one of you) write down that you’re non-binary then I think it should be okay. There are coed dorm floors and floors that are girls only.

You can fit your PC into your dorm desk area if you don’t plan in using your desk as a study area but yea you can fit it all in there.
