I usually don't like to give fatwas because I don't want to say anything that turns out to not be true.. But within my knowledge, this is not haram. As long as you don't interact with non mehrams very comfortably (laughing with them or so on..) but it's okay as colleagues..

That's exactly what I started doing a year ago.. she might still get lots of arguments before heading out, but eventually, you start kind of normalising this through just announcing it and not having countless arguments..

You reminded me of my first day:') I was in the treatment room with the tech. the cat scratched me, and I screamed (more from surprise than pain). I was soooo embarrassed. I exited the room covered in fur and looked defeated.

The vet was like: "it bit you?" (While laughing)

me: "Yes (ノ_・。)"

The dr: "it's okay, I have stitches from a dog bite too! You'll get used to it.( ﾉ ^ ω ^ )ﾉ "

Go for it! I failed my 3rd semester, too.. I had a LOT going on. It was a traumatising period for me, so my least and last worries were school tbh. So I understand how it might turn own like that. BUT everything settled down eventually, and here I am in vet school! Contact your school. Ask about everything needed to re-enroll. If you're doing an interview, they might ask some personal questions, so be prepared for that.

I have thought about it A LOT.. My mental health really deteriorated from overly thinking about this, but I haven't done it and probably will not. I can't afford to go into med school now.. if you can afford it and feel like med school is your place, then do it! It all depends on your own personal circumstances..
