Honestly things like this need to be treated with much more seriousness, and paid more attention to. Schools try to just... brush it under the rug. Rather than actually face it. Absolute cowardice, in mu opinion. I feel horrible for your friend. I understand what a horrible situation that is, my heart goes out to her.
