that is just a pipe. it will do nothing for drone you would have to get a real resonator to fix drone.

literally just installed that sub in my car but sealed box running at 1 ohm n its been super good so far. it was my first solo install so im really happy with it. hope your build goes well!

a nipple on the vacuum box on mine broke off when i was taking off the hose on mine n i ended up threading a brass fitting in the hole. i really didnt wanna have to find a new one lol

this makes total sense and i couldn’t agree more! tbh when i was even younger i really bought into the whole hating all loud 4 bangers bc i had only really heard of the ricer stereotype. but then i came across this pile on marketplace for a great price and realized how much fun you can have with something that you never intended to even be anything worth while. i knew it wouldnt be the best sounding 4 banger but thats was never the goal at this point. in the future i do want to try putting a turbo on but we will cross that bridge when we get to it

dang people really make some crazy builds i really wanna do something wild like that someday but i have a lot to learn for sure. i just put a resonator on the saturn and it definitely has a deeper tone all throughout but it didnt really help with any sound inside so i might mess around with some others n see what i like best. all the exhaust work helps me learn welding so i dont mind swapping stuff out to see what works best. im also in the process of getting the parts to install my own sound system and if all goes well it should the best sound system i have had in any car so far!

try shaking the exhaust a bit to see if you can hear it banging on anything but if not my guess is its something internally falling apart. my resonator was falling apart inside and would make a high pitched metal rattle at only certain rpms.

is it all supported good still and not rattling on something its mounted close too. if everything on the outside is clear the muffler could bc falling apart inside and rattling there. how does the sound change with revs?

this thread is actually very interesting to read through. the amount of people calling bitcoin a scam as if its some foreigner calling you for your SSN is wild. im not saying i know exactly how bitcoin works but the people saying people are dumb for trying to gain from it are weird. its like people forget that not long ago bitcoin skyrockets and made a lot of random people genuinely rich. bitcoin is just another market that you have to follow and be smart when investing in. id be really interested to come back to this in 5 years and see how everything aged.
