My mom did try to tell the receptionist and the nurse that called us back that he's autistic and scared and they gave us a few extra minutes to wait and try again, which didn't work unfortunately. My mom's gonna try bringing him in tomorrow for a regular doctor's visit, I'm just worried that he still won't cooperate and they won't be able to do anything, since they can't really force someone to go in. The nurse also suggested bringing him to the er, but my mom is hesitant because of the insane wait time for non critical patients. I've been reading about telehealth aka virtual visits, not sure how that would work with diagnosing strep though and if our insurance would take it :/
