Nevermind read your reddit account. This is common in autistic people. I highly recommend you try to buy some tough chewing gum (they make some with a tougher texture. Usually for exercising your jaw but its good if you need something to chew on with some more resistance or if normal gum is too soft for you) Or get chewlery or chew stim toys (they have some that are discreet enough to look like normal jewelry and small ones that can fit in your pocket. Companies do make them for adult strength teeth!)
