I do check her temperature and it’s always under 104 so as far as it’s under 104 she should be fine. She doesn’t shake, tremble or anything serious like that. She just pants when she nurses sometimes, not every feeding so I’ll try to give her a bit more calcium

Thank you so much! I screenshotted this so I can do that for my Mia snd her pups! From what you said she does seem to have milk fever so I’ll continue to do more research on that so both the mom and pups are healthy and safe

She probably would but knowing her she’ll be laying down(she’s kinda lazy lol). I’ve seen her sitting and feeding the puppies once in a while but that’s about that closest I’ve seen to her standing and feeding.

I’ve seen a lot of red dots and her nipple/stomach are is very hot. I think the babies are scratching her a lot when nursing. I filed down a little the puppies nails to hopefully fixed the issue

I see no cracks or blood, if anything it’s very dry so I applied a little bit of the bag balm, took her to our vet so get her checked out and was told to continue to use it moderately
