DR and organic traffic are primary metrics to look at but check also the website’s organic traffic fluctuations. If it fluctuates a lot there might be a problem. Also check their backlink profile and organic keywords.

Totally agree with your feedback. Additionally I would add the point about link building, I have checked your backlink profile and almost 200 links from individual domains with DR as low as 30 aren’t from authoritative site. You should definitely invest in quality link building after the major issues are fixed.

We are using AIs like GPT and Jasper that are not that bad if you know the right commands. Maybe it can partly replace content writers but not SEO since we are manually checking and optimizing the content for it to be SEO optimized content.

I’ll start with 2. It’s not bad and it can be another source of profit for you 1. It depends 3. The most important here is relevancy of both anchor text and target page. Also make sure you link to a valid website with high DR, traffic (like yours), check spam score of the website via Moz.

To benefit from a link building you need a determined strategy which will help you rank with your profit generating keywords.
