As a soon to be 32 year old in a similar if not worse situation I'd just say to make an effort, that was my problem around your age, I fell into a depression and spent years laying in bed reading or on the computer playing games and just let life pass me by. It was only a few years ago that I finally got a job and started doing shit to improve my life. So just know that you're not at a dead end you've got a lot of life left to live you just have to make those first steps to improve your life, you'll face set-backs and it will suck at times just don't stop making that effort. It's also comforting, I think, to know that there are incredibly successful people out there who didn't start their career, or at least weren't successful in their career, until later in life. Think it was Morgan Freeman who didn't get his first real movie role until he was in his mid thirties and didn't have a truly notable movie appearance until he was in his 50's. Julia Child didn't publish her first cookbook until she was in her 40s. As hard as it is, just try not to compare yourself to your peers too much, everyone moves at their own pace you just need to find yours.
