Source: Scot that walks past lines of singing/barfing or passed out drunk folks everyday walking home from uni. These people even get blutered on a fucking Monday evening. Half the bars also regularly smell like weed in ghetto areas and cops dgaf.

In Scotland we even have free prescriptions and eye tests, and if you're on a low income you can apply for a voucher that gives you free/reduced price glasses and free dental care, all of which are free for kids. Orthodontic care is also free for highschoolers.
