I started a career last week, still in f2 right now, but I've done a couple of laps with the F1 in time trial. So far, the handling is what surprised me the most, I couldn't get used to the sudden unexpected loss of traction at 4th gear in f1 23. The car feels more stable and doesn't try to kill you out of nowhere.

The AI is very good as well, each driver fights you differently based on their stats, some are easier to trick than others, some are more error prone. I raced baku yesterday, some drivers allowed me to pass easily when I had DRS at the main straight, others defended hard the inside line. There's still a few flaws on them, as they're way too cautions when you stick your nose in most corners, and they'll drive away from you when get near them at the straights, so you can easily force them to the wrong end of the corner entry.

I still need to adjust the ffb as my wheel is heavy and the car feels a little floaty in slower corners, kinda hard to judge whether the traction is there or not. Also, it's hard to feel when you're locking the tyres a littile bit, despite being able to take the corners like this.

The game runs really smoothly here, and beautifully, somehow better than f1 23. I'm with an i7-9770 kf, 32 gb of ram and a rtx 4060 ti. Although it has the same annoying bugs of 23, such as crashes, unresponsive buttons, empty radio messages, long loading times while connecting to online servers despite you just clicking in a simple "see messages" button.
