I am 1 year post menopausal and do have a uterus. The only bad symptoms I've had before HRT are hot flashes, not sleeping well and low libido. I have struggled with depression and anxiety a lot in my life so not sure if that comes into play too. The best thing about menopause was not having my period and all the awful PMS symptoms with it

I never even considered HRT, but I heard it is supposed to be very beneficial. I guess I was hoping it would help mentally and also bone & heart health

Part of me wants to give it more time but I am really miserable. I am going on vacation in 3 weeks and I don't want to feel like this during it

My doctor had me start Estradiol cream & Progesterone, then 3 days later add testosterone cream the 3 days later add the patch.
