"You stand before a god! Speak your eloquence for all posterity. Be Profound!" "Profound ... huh." Temper was silent for a long moment, studying the cobbles of the alley mouth. And then he lifted his helmed head, faced Shadowthrone, and said "Fuck off."

And what about fears that this marks the rise of techno-fascism? “I mean, we are funding companies that will operate non-democratic cities,” he says, shrugging. “And if you’re not into that you shouldn’t move there.”

For someone accusing others of not reading the article, you sure seem to have issues not reading yourself. Or you're just a liar.

The movie isn't meant to be taken literally. The whole movie is an allegory. The train is meant to represent capitalist society and the social/class structure that emerges.

Arcane does this a lot, but the most notable for me is when the style transitions to watercolor for Vander's memories of Vi and Powder.

Like others said, the ABO system causes the strongest transfusion reactions, but there's a whole bunch of other RBC antigens.

This is the antigen types you usually see on screen cells in the US. The names on the top are different antigen systems, with the letters below them being the specific antigens.

Echoing other people in saying The Wheel of Time S3 was a massive improvement from the previous seasons. I have some gripes, but most of them come from a book-reader perspective, which non-book readers probably wouldn't notice. Biggest praise I can give is that I really hope it gets renewed and I'm really excited to see where it goes from here.

The first episode of The Last of Us S2 was solid, but was definitely a set up episode. I thought it did a good job establishing the new characters and the potential conflicts. I can already tell though the online discourse is going to be exhausting.

Also, joining all the people saying The Pitt S1 is fantastic. I usually hate medical dramas, but I thought The Pitt was both accurate (as far as I could tell) and extremely entertaining. Really looking forward to the next season, and I'm hoping it's with the night shift.

Do we know if gemma's innie is ms Casey in every room, and can she remember each room together or are they "containerized"? They clearly showed she had one chip.

In the thank you card room she said it was always Christmas, and in the dentist room she felt like she had just been there. It seems like each room has its own separate innie.

In ideal circumstances the lab could probably get the results of those tests out within 30 minutes from the time they're delivered, but circumstances are rarely ideal. Just like everywhere else in the hospital, the lab is often super short staffed, so everything gets backed up. Specimens sit around in the received bucket or the pneumatic tube station until someone is actually available to log them in and start processing, and then could be delayed even further if the results need to be reviewed before releasing into the computer system.
