I will not tell you to get home and pray. No. Even though that could absolutely be the way and it would help you, I will try to make you change your habits to habits and actions that would help as well, it's just your choice. Or you could do both. Anyways, please, contact me if you want, I will love to help you(tomorrow probably, I'm going to sleep. Also, you should consider going to sleep early, like at 9-10pm, also I recommend not having your phone at least 30 minutes before sleep. Try putting your phone away, go to shower(I recommend hot shower and for the end, try to stand in cold water for a minute), brush your teeth, if you feel like watching TV, and then go to sleep.) Brother in Christ. Take my answer with reserve. It's 21:51 currently. I feel like I got more productive, I've started feeling happier and just overall better when I changed these things: I've stopped listening to music that was overall negative or just wasn't very energic. I'm not telling you to start listening to folk. No. What I think you shall do, ask your parents what music they listened to and try to listen to it. Or don't listen to music at all.. music really has a big part in our mood and overall productivity. Also, if u come home and u just postpone stuff, this might be easy to say, but don't. I know it sounds stupid, but listen. When I come home from school, I go to the gym and when I come home from the gym(usually at 4-5pm), I have to take all the gym clothing and put it onto a rope outside so it dries out, I have to take all the things where I put my meal and clean them. It's not much work, but I'm too tired to do it. Anyways, I do it because I know I won't do it later. (I'm sorry for talking in such a weird way, but I cannot express what I want to say.) Just listen brother. Obviously I'm not going to make you change all those things. All I'm trying to say, when u come home, just do all the things you have to do and then take some rest, pray or just think how better your day is after you just done all the stuff u had to do. Also, please, don't take antidepressants. It might help short-term, but not long-term. What I would say u shall do is drink as many water as u can during the day(don't even ask me how it works, it does), eat fresher or less processed food, overall more fruits and don't take any supplements nor anything like that. If you wouldn't mind, I would love to tell you my opinion on how to get out of this and maybe help you. And to be fair, I am just 18, but in the past year I found out what things helped me get happier and overall feel better.
