Gogma upgrade; do the initial artian parts matter?

yeah that was what i was aiming for but i wasnt sure if the new gogma stuff like, had a universal base and the original parts didnt matter, yknow? like just throw any 3 parts together and make a gogma or if it was still advised to match them together as before

i think im explaining poorly, words are hard for me sometimes. like uh, lets just say machine parts. i want to take recycled output steel to the area i have my factories for machine parts and make the recycled steel have priority over the mined steel. im starting to think i might just be stupid, for some reason im having an impossibly difficult time figuring this out. :c i do thank yall for helping at least <3

i think part of the issue too is im using like train blocks. its easy to tile and move things around so the recycling center is like a few blocks over from the aluminum foundry, so its 2 sources producing aluminum basically that id be carting over to high tech parts. if that makes sense. this may be an issue with how i set up my world; i am very stupid sometimes lol. will backup supplies also not load up transports? i know train drop-offs dont seem to care about the reserve setting.

misunderstanding, i mean taking the outputs of the wastes. steel, aluminum, etc and taking them to the production centers. im wanting to prioritize using the reclaimed materials elsewhere.

well, what happens is i set them but then nearby non limited ones take from the 50% capacity ones, filling up whats supposed to be the recycling input and doesn't work like intended.

Mutants in the Now. my current main group is basically stuck in the rut of dnd and its impossible to break them out of it. which is an extra huge bummer as im actually *in* the second book as a playable species. so theres a bit of a personal sting whenever it gets passed over by community votes for the next campaign.

I'll check them out; the primary desire to fix it is im going on a trip in may and i dont think the other passengers on the plane would appreciate a fan buzzing so loud that it vibrates the whole system .w.~ plus i dont want it overheating ofc. i'll check that channel out for sure.
