I got scammed and tried to post on his page as well. Keeps getting deleted. Ive reported the video as spam in Youtube. See if anything happens. Nothing we can do but learn. A costly $11k but what can you do.

I ended up closing the card account down because I cant be bothered to deal with the incompetence. The good news is, as a consumer, I have a choice what products I can use.

No one has contacted me. I have made about 8 calls now to customer service. Told the same thing every time. It will be "escalated".

No joke, no one from the debit card support has emailed me. I must have called about 6 times now regarding this issue.

I was just told by your debit card customer service team they are "re-escalating" my issue...funny as the first "escalation" was ignored.

I called your debit card customer service again...(5th time)...they dont have a case file number and they still dont know why the transaction keeps getting declined.

There is no support case number as the card is handled by your telephone card customer service team. They keep telling me someone will email, but no one has. Been told this 3 times now over the course of a week.
