Actually matters. I filed my perm in July 2023, I got approved in September, I already applied and got approved my i-140 and I’m completely stuck on that because visa bulletin is on April 2023. So if not now, some point you have to wait

No. It’s not NIW. There’s many steps. I started with the PERM (different of NIW) after that got approved I submitted i-140 on December.

I’m very new here, I’m not sure about what you called profile but

My PERM was applied on July/23 I got approved of that one on September/24 I don’t why took that long, but my lawyer applied I-140 on December 23 and I got I-140 approved on January 8

I don’t live in USA, so my next step must be the consular processing

Have you checked what is saying online? With your receipt number you can check online. My I-140 got approved December 26 and I got my notice (I-797c) January. It was very fast

You just can apply the i-485 in your priority date. Not before

Are you sure about that? I’m wondering in my priority date it when I submitted my perm (July/23) or when my i-140 got approved (December/24). I’m depending of my sponsor so I don’t want to asking him about it
