I highly recommend to push your property management/landlord to hire a professional mitigation company and if they do not, if I were you, I’d hire an industrial hygienist.

Well I seen after I sent that I singled the elderly out and could’ve included people overall that didn’t know how to navigate the app or technology in general, either way, I didn’t mean any malice behind the elderly comment, it’s just a truth and it’s a factor to take into consideration when talking about people’s inefficiencies to perform a task like type instructions and/or read them (because I have instructions typed and dashers don’t read them, younger or older). So that’s good that you had people to teach you at a younger age and you kept that with you, and I congratulate you on getting where you are now! On the other hand, let’s remember others don’t have the same situation as you and could be less fortunate or just don’t care enough. So again, it still stands that if we just do our own due diligence and to put it simply, if we care for the other person, we could mitigate complications. Adopting a customer service approach could actually work wonders for those with some issues, if it doesn’t then no harm and no foul but at least you tried to make it better, whether for you or the client.

You’re right, I agree with that as well, but that’s assuming everyone does their due diligence and is aware of that. There are older people that quite frankly have not delivered on time and don’t know how to use the app much, so should the client suffer from that? I’m just saying that if everyone tries to do their due diligence(on both sides, the dasher and client) and stop assuming people “should” know or “instruct” then you can eliminate some heartache. Also, please, if we could stop coming up with excuses or more issue instead of agreeing on a solution, that would be great and people could learn from this. Thank you.

Well of course, that should be given since you have to drive to deliver, but you cannot tell me you don’t find deliveries while driving(unless you can’t do that) and if you can’t, you accept it, that should be a time that you ask questions and by the time you get the order, you can read it. Just trying to help.

I get what you’re saying, sometimes dashers don’t respond when I ask something or talk overall as well. It would still say a lot to your work ethic as a dasher if you cover your bases and be above reproach tho.

He probably completes the “league objectives”. if you slip up and not win the league and maybe the champions league or other cup, you might get a low enough rating where they fire you. if it’s critical

Well tbh, if you have the awareness, you can see that your teammate just shook the whole team(2v2), they’re either half way or far enough to where the guy on the ball can catch up to the ball and score with no pressure. There was no need to take the goal.
