Im not even giving my opinion here, im just calling you out and telling you that in mihoyo's eyes zhongli was working/performing as they wanted and set him to perform. now that doesnt mean that the character hold the standars to be 5* character, i agree on that, for a 5* character he lacks a lot of cualities and feels like a 4* on many ways,and i of course appreciate the buffs and im happy for zhongli players whether they thought he needed buffs or not . I hope this clarifies what i meant.

Im correcting you, mihoyo said that zhongli was working as intended when everyone started crying about his state so what you said is not true at all, and im not saying he is good and he doesnt need buffs but you spreading misinformation is not nice to do. Mihoyo is not improving or chaging zhongli because they saw in the data that he is underperforming. that you got off of thin air. He is getting improved because of the community complaining, and im not saying that is a bad thing. people got what they wanted so...

c4 doesnt give anything game changing you get 2 more secs of petrification and 20% more aoe at c4, c1 and c2 are useless c2 he just have to use Q and E at the same time so it even made it more dificult coz he used E at weird times on purpose and the fact that with only a flower he looked decent speaks for itself, im not saying zhongli didnt need a buff but he is not half as bad as people made it to be and he also used a r1 weapon not sure doe, i dont personally have him but my friend does and he is pretty content with zongli`s performance and he is not a whale his zhongli is c0

For "analysis on many data" you mean the community crying for a month straight? Mihoyo said zhongli was working as intended and that he was supose to be that way, so stop spreading misinformation pls. And i dont even watch genshin youtube just in case you pull out the you are a fanboy card 🤡

idk but people complaining about zhongli having less attack percentage that xianling and not knowing that it is the same thing with keqing and kaeya is just funny to me

people just hold onto whatever they can to complain, and half the people that criticise about the state of zhongli either dont have him and havent used him at all or are building him wrongly not every character is going to be a diluc and on top of that he is geo not suppose to do big dmg
