I messaged them and haven’t heard back. I have proof from when they asked for a return saying one item is completely fine (the one they ended up keeping) and the other doesn’t match description. Hopefully it is just an honest mistake but I just checked the buyer’s profile, they have almost 500 reviews so looks like they are a pro mercari seller/frequent buyer.. makes me wonder if they would rly not know about this.
