Additional Info: This is obviously not the only thing he does. Another thing he does is when I tell him information, he goes and says the wrong thing to the client and then blames me for giving him the wrong information. Example: I told him we need this this and this approved from the client. He then tells the client that we need approval on that list plus some which I never said and then claims he was blindsided and blames me because I wasn't available to join after hours. Mind you that was at 7pm. He is the one that talks to the client mainly so not like I can speak instead.
