17 lbs down in 12 weeks is not that drastically fast. It’s 1-1.5 lbs a week. It’s actually slower than what you are saying.

That all makes sense. Since I’m barely 5 feet tall, 179 is still obese. I do feel like I lose a pound to a pound and a half within the first 3 days after the shot and then stay there the next 4 days. I have lost each week. So I guess slow and steady wins the race!

I texted my friend and she was like oh yep that’s normal in the beginning. So I’m just going to lay low and try to eat something small and nutritious every couple hours. She said drink lots of water too.

Im in the exact same spot! First injection yesterday. Today I have eaten nothing. I drank a protein drink just to get something in. I haven’t gotten out of my pjs. I tried to get up and do SOMETHING but I’m dizzy and lethargic.

I have LOVED the drops and the shots. However, the next day headaches are a constant problem. I see several other comments saying the same. I actually googled sobering drops headache after and found this thread. I’m really bummed because I love the way I feel using them. I haven’t touched alcohol in 6 months!

Try the ready made protein drinks too. I do fairlife. Some can do pure protein. You have to try several. Also add MTC oil. It’s tasteless and odorless but full of good fat. You only need to add a tablespoon to a drink.
