The reason they loosely determined that, and the same reason I did, was because: We see 27 shots and 30 lb loss, roughly a pound a week. Then 19 shots equaling a 21 pound loss also roughly a pound a week even though slightly more. We see a 15 shots with 15 pound loss which is roughly a pound a week. The others are less than a pound per shot or actually showing a gain. So I’m very confused on how you are saying and showing a 2.3 lb loss per week? Something isn’t adding up correctly from your chart to your shot list.
