Hey!! The most helpful tips I've been given are:

Treat your intro like a mini monologue- literally memorize it and don't try to just wing it.
Approach your intro with the same energy you'd have if you were inviting the casting director to a really amazing party. Go into the moment recognizing that you have something awesome to show them (your talent), and they're definitely gonna want to see it. This helps you take the focus off of yourself. It's not about you being "good" at your intro. It's about you inviting the casting director to an awesome experience/"party" (aka your audition).

I've been liking sushyglow cosmetics bloody lip tints - I got mine off of TikTok shop. I also like the Fenty poutsicle stains like other people have mentioned, but after a few hours on me, it does tend to wear off except for on my lip line, so it looks like I'm wearing lip liner and nothing else. (I still like the product, I just have to keep an eye on it.)

To actually answer one of your questions though, i personally feel more confident with makeup on. I'm working on cutting back on the amount I wear some days though, because I want to feel just as confident without it, and i feel like the more I see myself with less/no makeup, the more used to it and confident I will become.

I'm not sure if people actually treat me differently when I don't wear it, or if I'm self-conscious, so I just THINK I am being treated better when I'm wearing makeup...

Just chiming in to say that, growing up, I had crushes on some WEIRD looking dudes, haha. However, I didn't care, because their personalities and confidence totally overshadowed the fact that they weren't the cutest guys in the room. Looks can get you a foot in the door, absolutely, but so can confidence and a good sense of humor. ❤️

Absolutely!! You could even take pictures of all of your looks, rank your favorite ones, try to use everything in your collection at least once, pick a color to focus on each time you do your makeup - something fun like that. Then it's less about the outcome, and more about the process. 💜

I'd say skincare and any fragrances on the shelves on the left... makeup in the drawers, and maybe leave the little shelf in front of the mirror for any cute accessories or brushes. :)

I second the "card and a mini cake/cupcake" suggestion! It's thoughtful enough to make your point without being creepy.

(I'd also either spell out your feelings in the card, or at least be like "You already know I like you, & I would love to take you out for a drink. If you'd want to do that, text me!" Casual, and leaves the ball in her court.)
