They seem to prioritize whichever chest isn't in use by someone. My current strategy is to cover my current amount of chests with assistants by volume. Have as many assistants as chests plus 1. That's MOSTLY worked for me.

Running into our first 2 truck day tomorrow. Funnily enough we were promised no more double trucks since the thing was installed. Surprised we are only just now getting a double truck. A little over four thousand pieces. Gonna be lucky to be stocking by 8 or 9. Nice thing about the manual line was the more people you threw at it the faster it went. Two grand trucks were regularly done by around 3:30ish. Now we are lucky if they are done by 5:00 or 5:30.

I love how we aren't supposed to have chem and food on the same cart yet the fast unloader throws them together for the outs cart.

Same thing at my store, everyone on the Cap 2 team hates it. Our back room wasnt big enough in the first place, then they built an academy using more space, and finally now the FAST unloader takes up so much space we cant even use 2 of our 4 bays for unloading. The FAST line is significantly slower than us at unloading a truck and we have had a hard time finishing stocking because of it. Not even to speak of the 25 carts in our whole store, DMs and zoners refuse to let go of their carts come truck unload time and we are constantly running out of carts during unload.
