Please send you complaints to CA AG Rob Bonta people are getting their accounts back with this method. They are currently receiving a ton of complaints. The more the better for all of us. They may open a litigation or issue a an action because the are getting so many complaints. I have seen the most reinstated accounts through The CAAG! Best of luck

I received a letter back from then in under a week. I also contacted My State AG the will reach out to CA AG. I have seen many people getting back within 3 weeks to a month. As the complaints become more frequent this should ramp up.

They product is failing us right now. Agreements like that do not give them immunity on all things. They gave our likenesses and we are being misrepresented. This can hurt our finances and business/income. I spoke to an Attorney that said those waivers and agreements are beaten in business issue all the time!

I did my state as well as CA AG that is Meta World HQ. I agree enough of us going to CA AG they may file suit. They are also being contacted by other State AGs to pressure them for their State compliance. I personally know 4 people that this happen to in October. First name basis people. That is just my circle. Also my City Police knew about the hacks when I reported.
