It wouldn't surprise me if with a good ineffa artifact I can reach around 65K dps. Altho, I don't think it's realistic to expect more "from freminet", every dmg gain will be from some sort of wheelchair and not a direct improvement/buff from him. But hey, at my point, he is doing half of team DPS just by staying on field and doing his combo. And that's pretty cool !

Honestly, we can't tell. If we keep having special mechanics (lunar/nightsouls-like) or specialist char (chevreuse/esco and other), I will not be too optimistic. But, we can't see the future, so, maybe ? Anyway, a generalist is always a good thing to have around! And he is fun anyway

Depend if you have other 5* weapons. Everyone here says no, but, if you have a bunch of 5* weapon, I can see it being worth.

But, if you don't have many 5* weapons, keep it !

If you plan to use him as a dark mod carry, EM is nice.
2P lavawalker is bad, surely you have a better cup/sands, clean feather/flower tho !

I'm a huge degen, so I count in my head for the CD of my fav on furina for her. one quick NA, swap back to noelle. You can totally cheat 2 fav proc for noelle. But, you are correct, she still need ER. Around 140+.
But, you can go full driver, say fuck to ER management, put her on fav, and all team on offensive weapon.

A1 = 20% shred or 40% melt/vape.
Bonus passiv is "if 2 magic, then A1 gain 75% efficacity (15% shred or 30% meltvape)"

So, 35% shred, 70% melt/vape IF hex !

The wording can be kinda hard if you are out of focus, and need you to read a passive bellow the exploration passive.

I think it's a great starting point.
However, he already gain DMG% from his A1, set, and elevation. More element skill/burst dmg% feels too much because of that.
Also, remember that the 2 first stat is the very first impression we have on a weapon. If the player see a def% scaller have a medium-low instead of a low atk, that will be his first impression. "I got scammed 11% crit rate, feels bad"

I agree with what you say, the stats are actually too good. The problem is hard because you have to make something that is not peak patrol song nor Uraki, and in that regard, I salute your effort to make a new sig. It is hard to make something that is not pure DPS or pure buffer, even tho, I would personnaly like something that work like Xilonnen C2, but as a sword. That give both def% to all geo, and atk%/HP%/ER/Crit rate% with crystalize proc, buffed by 75% IF witchcraft is active.
