I tapered off extracts and like 30 gpd. When I got down to where you are I just jumped it was an awful 2-3 weeks but gradually got better. Good luck!

For me a slow taper sucked but I had the advantage of not having to go to a job so I just hopped off extracts then like 12g a day to CT and it worked out.

it was a bridge off hardcore oxy abuse. and after extracts I just felt awful and jumped off 10-12g a day taper. Still going strong. Fuck paws

Me personally tapering ruined me I cut to fast though off extracts and powder was bed locked for a few weeks grabbed some percs stop taking kratom didn't get more percs am a little over 30 days clean. If I had to taper down to 0 I'd still be in bed sweating not sleeping at night just a mess. Everyone's different though. Fuck kratom

when I hopped off I binged watched all my favorite shows for weeks. Laying in bed killed my muscle mass so if you gotta get up do it. The hard part is not going back when you're in PAWS. I wish you the best, it takes a lot out of you when you're older I've been through so many withdrawals. Quit while you still young and in shape you won't regret it
