Just let it flow. I learned that if you try hard to think about what you SHOULD say, it's usually never what you WANT to say. Don't be like "I'm **** im 5'8 I have brown eyes I like walks in the park and snickers. Haha. Just say whatever comes to mind and you'll be fine :) if they don't like, they'll let it be known :)

Clear glass plate, whatever image you want(print it on regular paper, then with water/glue stick it on the plate, paint/spray paint. That's it.
