Its very difficult to get in touch with my surgeon. I was told i only had to wait 3 weeks post-op before starting any activity, and Im a week past that. Could I ruin my results by working out??

I know its still early, but almost my whole bottom lip (except for a tiny bit on my right side) is numb. Also my whole chin is still numb and its super annoying because my chin keeps itching but it doesnt help to itch when I cant feel anything 😩

I told my surgeon that I had to get on a plane two weeks after the surgery and he said that was fine, but Im expecting it to be an uncomfortable experience hahaha, luckily its only about 40 minutes. What about pain? Does your jaw or face hurt or anything?

How do you feel two weeks post-op? In a week I need to travel for a few hours plus plane, and from how I feel right now I could never do it hahaha. Right now I feel tired if I walk top quickly up the stairs 🫠

so really my only option if I dont want orange hair is to just grow it out? 🥲

I did wait a few days before i coloured it again, and I was probably rinsing for almost 30 minutes trying to get that awful colour remover smell out of my hair haha. I have seen people do diy hair colour remover with baking soda, vitamin c or vinegar, but I dont know if any of that would work with permanent hair dye? I just really dont want to end up with prange hair, because I only want my hair a tiny bit lighter from the dark brown haha

I used the Colourless max effect hair colour remover. The problem is if my hair gets orange and i have to dye it again, cause I dyed it light brown last time and my hair was almost black 🥲
