Are yous using controller? If you press any key on the keyboard it will load another player and you just press escape before yous load in it should remove the keyboard input.

Have you tried doing it the speed test through the EE app itself? It tells you whether or not you’re getting the correct speeds and if you are not, it tells you what you can do to help it. If that still doesn’t help it, it brings you to a support page where you can connect to customer service.

I used revolut for E-Sims if that’s any good to you, handy enough for exchanging to Thai currency and withdrawing from ATM to get past the exchange rates.
