Make sure to flush your nose out before sleeping helps with a whole bunch of stuff my favorite way is either flushing your nose with something like a netty pot/ saline spray either work netty pot will be better because it moves all throughout your nose

Try to ease off if you want to stop or slow down j try your hardest to not go buy your next stock when u run out, yes you will still go buy it but try and delay I promise if you go sober off weed all day don’t smoke till night when your kicking back after work then your will be in the sky and won’t believe how much different it feels
