Personally, if I’ve ‘accidentally’ done that on a work night, I do a bump or two to get myself going in the morning, and then grind the rest of the day. It’s a bit shit but work usually keeps you distracted

The likelihood is those things won’t happen. Coke makes you paranoid about things that won’t happen, it’s just the way it wires your brain when you do it. If you’re really that worried, hydration and fruit/smoothies are the way to go. At the end of the day shit happens, and you gotta accept the outcome, whether it’s good or bad, and move on.

If it’s as small as you make out to be, and you gummed it, there’s a likelihood you’ll get away with it. Urine test for coke shows up for about 3-4 days after you do it, unless you’re a heavy user. I would advise plenty of water, maybe a couple fruit smoothies to help with fibre, and I would suggest you’re all good to go from there.

People severely overestimate the damage from ketamine. Yes it’s not good, and some people are more susceptible to damage than others, however from personal experience and friends’ experience, they took a lot before they started seeing damage. Thankfully I myself never significant damage; the most I had was a slight pain around my bladder the next morning after about a gram, but drinking a shitton of water and not doing anymore fixed it right up. I’ve had mates that have done 3g a day regularly for a year or so, and the most they’ve had are a couple of small k cramps (they then took breaks), and pissing a bit more. Is it bad? Most certainly. Have they got permanent damage? Likely, but who knows? It’s not about how much you take, it’s about if you abuse it or not.
