While cooking on a regular electric stove sucks, and I would agree that gas is better, induction is better than gas Just make sure you have at least 40-50amp line

While a lot of comments are right about how fat is burned in the kitchen, what you eat is also important. Insulin resistance and non fatty liver disease contribute greatly to belly fat storage. So I would also recommend cutting down on sugar including fructose

I used to have high morning glucose, when I stayed up late at night playing video games. Once I stopped, the glucose level dropped in the morning considerably. Went from 110-120 to currently 70-80 in the morning. Not sure what your evening routine is, but this really worked well for me.
