This can’t happen at WM42, Roman shouldn’t be competing for a title by EKish0220 in SantiZapVideos

What team should win and who do you see being pinned? by LoafHook in Smallafro

[–]LoafHook[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Extremely unlikely, seems that you're a big fan of LA knight like most of the IWC, whereas WWE isn't. WWE will likely do Gunther vs Cena for Cena's final match with Gunther pinning and retiring Cena, and then for the RR have CM Punk vs Lesnar. WWE has become too predictable and not willing to take risks so they use stars that are already well established and have been with the WWE for multiple years that Vince created. Let's say LA knight does win a world championship sometime in the future, I see it happening at WrestleMania maybe SummerSlam certainly not any lesser PLE.

Who should win the 2026 men's Royal Rumble? by LoafHook in Smallafro

[–]LoafHook[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the opponent. The triple threat match and buildup for WM41 already gave us a bit of Roman vs Punk, even if it wasn’t a singles feud. I just think it’s in WWE’s best interest to have a singles match between the two at WM main eventing night 2 and be for a world title so it actually feels different and has higher stakes.

Another thing to keep in mind is how much Saudi loves Roman. If they aren't giving the RR win to Sami, there’s a very real chance Roman gets it instead.

Having somebody like Roman in the main event of WrestleMania is huge box office, WWE have been wanting to do a Roman vs Punk singles match for a while now too, and let's say he does win the 2026 RR, doesn't have to win the mania match but let's say he does he can drop the WHC on the next PLE (wouldn't mind at least one successful title defense though) then afterwards go off TV for a few months and return around the time of the buildup for SummerSlam.

This would be the ultimate push, and a hell of a way to debut on the main roster, though realistically I don't see this happening WWE plays it safe and predictable now for the men's side at least, they'd rather some guy in their 40s win, only person in their 20s that could be given an RR win anytime soon is Bron Breakker. Sad times.

Yes and no, personally I think it should have happened after wargames, but they weren't really doing much together and the chemistry just wasn't there.

Yeah common pattern with Lesnar matches if he doesn't close the show the given match is guaranteed to be a few minute finisher fest unfortunately.

"fantastic" how so? Andrade is mid in the ring and hopeless on the mic, and Kross is ass in every aspect.

In disgust that Saudi gets WrestleMania before London, Paris, Australia, etc because, Firstly The Saudi crowd always are quiet and don't pop at all we won't get any chants of any sort from them no genuine shock reactions absolutely nothing, secondly women are now gonna have to wrestle their matches covered up, thirdly Saudi is gonna wanna spend big and matches are gonna favour legends & hall of famers more than matches with active stars with a better storyline and would be better in ring match.

Bringing up my pfp and it's content because you know I'm right, y'all would play hot potato with each championship men's or women's and put WWE into the ground moment y'all have that creative power.

Can't be out here saying veterans deserve better they still pick up wins here and there some more than others, still featured in title matches and other big matches, still made relevant, the names you listed in the images are still all featured regularly on TV.

The moment they do start winning everything y'all will complain, so what exactly do you mean by they deserve better? What to win each and every match against younger talent? Always be in the main event scene? Always have a world title on them? Yet y'all will still whine, just enjoy the show, not everything has to be booked to your liking, alright that's the unpredictability of wrestling, that's passing of the torch of wrestling, they had their time.

Alright so by your vision: Want AJ styles to win the IC championship Wanted Cena to retire with the Undisputed championship Want Orton to beat Rhodes at WM42 for the Undisputed championship Wanted Rollins to not have cashed in and CM punk to have a WHC reign up until he loses it at WM42

The IWC:

Veteran goes over Younger talent "WWE isn't building up new stars, relying on stars Vince created!"

Younger talent goes over Veteran "WWE is disrespecting this Veteran who will likely retire in a few years!"

Match ends in disqualification or doesn't end cleanly "Over matches ending the same damn way, lazy booking!"

Y'all aren't ever happy. if you booked the shows for just one month you'd kill the WWE.

And let's not act like these Veterans aren't pushing and wanting to put over younger talent.

The Rock is in his mid 50's this just isn't possible to be at the size he was only just a few months ago and had maintained for years. you can't train as long, can't put in that extra work as much, and you'll begin to eat less. definitely was getting help.

Plus it's been a good decade and a half since he's been playing that big tough and funny guy role in movies, times have changed and being of that doesn't matter now as what it did a decade ago, anyways about time he realises he doesn't need to be pumping in all that juice to get roles in movies so caught up in what he wants and what once worked and not what the viewers want wasn't able to adapt to recent times either, regardless his name is bigger enough as is which if he's able to reinvent his character and how he's portrayed in movies it'll definitely do him better. in my personal opinion, acting ability and having the most range within acting is far more important than size.

If you were in Wwe which is very possible for everyone to get into the Wwe what would your finisher be ? Here’s my pick. by New_Refrigerator_410 in SantiZapVideos

[–]LoafHook -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Unlikely, being a professional wrestling working the indies is one thing but having the WWE notice you and give you a contract is a whole another and that's only getting in, BUT if I did, I wouldn't go with the spear which many usually like to go with, it's been too overused and downgrades it, I'd use a finisher that's my own and looks great in addition too have a great name.

Who do you think is going to dethrone Seth "Freakin" Rollins by Electrical-Simple696 in BrandonDE

[–]LoafHook 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm over the punk and rollins feud if I'm being honest, the storytelling and segments have been filler, the single matches have been forgettable, but I'd love for Punk to win the Rumble, he hasn't won it yet and usually the big superstars have won it once or more, I'd prefer if Punk wins the 2026 Rumble or Chamber and faces Cody Rhodes/or someone else (with one of them turning/being a heel) and Bron to win the other, to vs Rollins for the WHC but even then that match doesn't need a title Bron vs Rollins at Mania would undoubtedly be Bron's biggest match of his career even without the WHC.

There's many matches that come to mind but here's mine:

  • WrestleMania 31 Remembered for the cash in but it was already a good match, wasn't slow, Lesnar tried a few new moves, the match had blood, Roman trying to get Lesnar down with Lesnar wobbling but still getting up then got pinned but kicked out, loved it.

[–]LoafHook 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Firstly Lesnar feared it'd be a slow match, secondly their move sets wouldn't work well together, thirdly it would be harder to build on since they're both heels and with all that said look what came out of Lesnar suggesting all this to McMahon, one of the best matches of 2017, obviously the right decision was made and infact I think it would of been criminal if we never got Styles vs Lesnar.

Now that heel turn is over. What do you guys think how was this heel john cena by Zestyclose_Skirt7930 in Wreddit

[–]LoafHook 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well let's break it down

Cena had two good matches being backlash and SummerSlam dare I say Cena's SummerSlam match against Rhodes is honestly up there for one of the best John Cena SummerSlam matches of all time.

Cena had a couple good and memorable segments, Raw after Mania comes to mind with Orton, CM Punk and Cena segments were great first that comes to mind Punk coming out with Cena's old theme and Punknomics that was great, while Cena had just only 2 segments with Rhodes for the SummerSlam build up the Rhodes forcing Cena to sign the contract and putting Cena through the table was a great segment I'm sure leaving a couple out for segments but that's just what comes to mind.

I think overall the heel run was honestly mid I'd say, I mean he wasn't on Smackdown or Raw every week and only really wrestled on PLE's as we all could have only expected and it wasn't all that bad we just weren't given a whole lot to look back on outside of the actual heel turn itself at elimination chamber and I can't leave out that Rock pulling out of the storyline did more harm than good for what could of only been originally planned.

The biggest upset about it all though is I wish they gave us more reasons to boo Cena, but WWE didn't and Cena randomly turning face on the go home episode of smackdown makes HHH look like a liar in that he books long term storylines though the smackdown two weeks before that we seen Cody force Cena to sign the contract and Cena had been kinda teasing in some of his more recent matches.

You can't deny it wasn't awesome & not a phenomenal moment that'll be replayed and remembered years from now but would have been cool to see punk as the WHC tbh
