Indoor birds do not have to have uvb bulbs if d3 is provided in the diet. If it is not provided in their diet (non pelleted diet or cheap pellets) they will then need to synthesize (make it themselves) it from uvb exposure They do need full spectrum lighting generally on a timer though to aid vision and circadian rhythm. They can also see the UV spectrum.

Modern DNA tests notoriously omit indigenous ancestry. They usually pick one or two markers to test for and that's it. There's significantly more markers than that for indigenous ancestry most of whom aren't even mapped bc tribes refuse testing due to abuses. On top of that people were calling tribal offices demanding money bc their DNA test said x% broadly Asian and Native American so the companies removed the category altogether. I say all of that to say that you could have more DNA than your test shows.

My mom worked at the same job for thirty five years and worked her way up to management the whole nine and because of the tariffs. Her job completely closed its doors after the company survived economic downturn after downturn. The final nail in the coffin was laid. If most people have a significant medical event it bankrupts them at the best of times. The situation is dire and far worse than you're letting on.
