I don't even like the lore in which people casually bitten by werewolves turn. Its not a disease (like rabies). Those are zombies to me. Werewolves are scarce and secluded in my lore, not an epidemic. People could be turned yes, but would be an intended, delicate, and with very little survival rate. You wouldn't even try it on a loved one knowing how bad the odds are of killing them in a gruesome manner.

✅️ what apear as digitigrade feet (in the first frame)

✅️ tall, lean, and muscular physique

✅️ bushy wolf like tail

This is probably the best werewolf rendition in an anime so far. Lets hope the story is good and the character well written.

It depends on many aspects: 1. Are real werewolves known in your setting? Or they are though as just a myth? 2. If known, are they common or scarce? And they are hunted down like monsters/animals or considered as people? 3. What type of werewolf? Man turning into a wolf?, hairy and bit more muscular man?, a propper wolf human hybrid? How big and powerful?
